Also known by: Berrendas andaluza, Berrenda espanolas The Berrendas is a rare breed used for as guide animals for fighting bulls.  There are two varieties, the Red Berrendas (Berrenda roja andaluza) and the Black Berrendas (Berrendas negra andaluza).
The conformation of the breed is similar to the Analusian or Retina breed, which are closely related.
